💨 Abstract
Hari Budha Magar, a 46-year-old double above-knee amputee, has summited the highest peaks on all seven continents. Born in Nepal and a former Gurkha soldier, Hari lost his legs in an IED blast in Afghanistan in 2010. Despite initial struggles with PTSD, he found solace and purpose in mountaineering. Hari's journey included overcoming physical challenges, mental barriers, and restrictive regulations.
