Mustafa Qays Obadey, 39, and Arian Abassi died when their Cirrus SR20 plane crashed near Rochdale after taking off from Birmingham Airport. Obadey, known for his kindness and humility, was remembered by family and friends as a beloved community figure. The investigation, led by Greater Manchester Police and the Air Accident Investigation Branch, is ongoing, with authorities searching for parts of the parachute system.
