💨 Abstract

Prison guard Tova Noel, who found Jeffrey Epstein dead, searched for Epstein-related information and browsed online just before his death. She and colleague Michael Thomas were charged with falsifying records but had charges dropped after community service and cooperation. Noel received suspicious cash payments and drove an expensive car. An FBI document suggested she might have been near Epstein's cell the night before his death. A 2023 report cited serious negligence by prison staff but found no evidence of homicide.
