Fearne Cotton, a former BBC Radio 1 presenter, revealed her struggle with shame after the child sex crimes of Ian Watkins, the Lostprophets frontman she briefly dated, were reported on her show. Watkins was convicted of multiple child sexual offenses and died in prison last year. Cotton's new book, "Likeable," discusses her past struggles with anxiety and the pressures of fame.
