šØ Abstract
A study in The Lancet Digital Health found that AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini sometimes suggest inserting garlic into the rectum for immune support, despite this being harmful and unproven. These models, trained on vast datasets including medical literature, can generate convincing but inaccurate medical advice. They are more likely to endorse misinformation when it's presented in formal clinical language.
