💨 Abstract

Tenerife has declared a state of emergency due to the impending Storm Therese, with warnings of heavy rain, strong winds, and dangerous road conditions. Major roads and outdoor events are suspended, and residents are advised to avoid unnecessary travel. The storm is expected to bring wind gusts up to 60 mph and up to 11 inches of rain.
