Reports of sexual misconduct by driving instructors are rising, with 164 complaints in 2025, up from 136 in 2024 and 131 in 2023. Lucy Hepworth, who was groomed and sexually assaulted by her instructor, Faraz Hussain, shared her story. Hussain was convicted and removed from the DVSA's approved list.
