💨 Abstract
A woman, Kimberly Carroll, appeared in a Zoom court hearing while driving, claiming she was a passenger. Judge Michael K McNally, noticing her in the driver's seat, insisted she pull over. Carroll initially denied driving but eventually admitted it. The judge, unimpressed by her dishonesty, entered a default judgment and criticized her behavior. Carroll later acknowledged her poor judgment but expressed frustration over the public attention.
