💨 Abstract
Airbus has developed the 'Bird of Prey' interceptor drone to counter kamikaze drones like Iran's Shaheds. This unmanned aircraft, built in nine months, successfully detected and engaged a target drone using Mark I air-to-air missiles from Frankenburg Technologies. The drone, based on a modified Airbus Do-DT25, has a wingspan of 2.5 meters and can carry up to eight missiles.
