💨 Abstract

A motorist, Crenguta Aruxandei, was banned from driving for a year after causing a crash that flipped a military SUV and injured two people. The incident occurred on the A43 near Hulcote, Northamptonshire, when Aruxandei's Audi Q2 forced the military Land Rover off the road. The military vehicle's driver suffered a suspected broken back, and the passenger had a significant head injury.
