Jesy Nelson, a former Little Mix star, has appealed for help after her car, containing essential hospital equipment for her twin daughters, was stolen. The twins, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, were born prematurely and diagnosed with SMA, a rare genetic condition causing muscle wasting. Nelson shared a tearful video, explaining that the equipment is crucial for their treatment and survival.
