šØ Abstract
Vladimir Putin is reportedly living in bunkers due to fears of a coup, according to a Western intelligence agency. Security around him has been heightened, and he has abandoned his favorite palaces. Putin is particularly concerned about drone strikes by members of the Russian political elite. His Security Council Secretary, Sergei Shoigu, is allegedly linked to coup risks. The Kremlin has tightened security measures, including two levels of screening for visitors and prohibiting mobile phones near Putin.
