A Blue Origin rocket, the New Glenn model, exploded during a takeoff test at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The explosion caused a large fireball but no injuries. Jeff Bezos, founder of Blue Origin, acknowledged the incident and vowed to rebuild. The rocket was intended to launch internet satellites. Elon Musk expressed sympathy, having experienced a similar incident with SpaceX's Starship.
