💨 Abstract

Two British nationals had £50 million in assets frozen under an Unexplained Wealth Order. Seized items include eight vehicles, a yacht, and a bank account. The pair must prove the legal origin of their funds within three months or risk permanent seizure. This is the second such order granted by the Crown Prosecution Service since 2018. The case will return to court to discuss the anonymity of the individuals, referred to as Mr. X and Ms.
