💨 Abstract
Two brown bears, Bu and Tyapa, were successfully relocated from Russia to an Irish forest after a five-year rescue effort. They had been confined in poor conditions, with Tyapa kept in a low enclosure and Bu performing in a circus. The relocation involved a complex logistical challenge due to the distance and political sanctions.
