💨 Abstract
A study by Chase found that the ideal commute time for a relaxed journey is 29 minutes, often in a personal car with favorite music. Longer commutes, especially 45 minutes, increase stress. Strategies for a less stressful commute include planning the quickest route, using preferred transport, leaving early, and enjoying a pre-work coffee. In London, driving is often cheaper than public transport for longer journeys, but many still face crowded conditions and high fuel costs.
