A 12-year-old boy, Zain Evans, was handcuffed and injured by police in Wales after being seen near an abandoned chapel on his e-scooter. Officers confiscated his scooter and phones, claiming they suspected criminal damage. Zain's mother, Emily, criticized the police's actions, stating her son was merely taking the scooter to be repaired.
