đź’¨ Abstract
Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government seeking a refund for tariffs paid under President Trump's executive orders, which were deemed unlawful by the Supreme Court. The tariffs, imposed using the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), have collected over $200 billion from imports. Nintendo's lawsuit follows similar actions by over a thousand other companies.
