Mikko Hyppönen, a veteran cybersecurity expert, spoke at Black Hat 2025 about the invisible nature of successful cybersecurity work. He has spent over 35 years fighting malware, witnessing its evolution from hobbyist creations to sophisticated cybercrime tools. Hyppönen has now shifted his focus to defending against drones, driven by the conflict in Ukraine and the threat posed by Russia.
