💨 Abstract
A Silicon Valley entrepreneur, after extensive use of ChatGPT, believed he had discovered a cure for sleep apnea and was being targeted by powerful entities. He allegedly used the AI to stalk and harass his ex-girlfriend, Jane Doe. Doe sued OpenAI, claiming the company ignored warnings about the user's threatening behavior. OpenAI suspended the user's account but refused to block new accounts or share information about potential harm discussed with ChatGPT.
