💨 Abstract
6D Technologies has successfully migrated M1 Limited's Prepaid and Maxx services to its Digital BSS platform, Canvas. Over 15 months, all Prepaid and Maxx subscribers were moved from legacy systems. The migration improved service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience with minimal disruption. Canvas includes a suite of software modules, including Customer Relationship Management, Unified Product Catalogue, and Billing and Invoicing.
