💨 Abstract
An 8-year-old girl from Perambalur District was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), at Kauvery Heartcity Hospital, Trichy. Due to unusual features, a detailed evaluation was conducted, including echocardiogram and CT angiogram, which confirmed the wall's strength. The procedure was performed through the neck instead of the leg, successfully closing the hole with a plug.
