💨 Abstract

Hercules Hoists Limited (HHL) has undergone a demerger to form two independent entities – HHL and Indef Manufacturing Limited (IML) – effective October 1, 2024. HHL will manage investments, while IML, taking over the Bajaj Indef brand, will focus on manufacturing material handling equipment. The move aims to enable both entities to concentrate on their core strengths and expand their operational capabilities in the market.
