💨 Abstract
Two studies by Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay, have found no evidence linking commodity derivatives trading to inflation. The studies were conducted in response to SEBI suspending derivatives trading in seven agricultural commodities in 2021.
