MicrobioTx, a gut microbiome company, has announced the commercial availability of Gut Function Test (GFT), which profiles gut microbiome using a few blood drops. Earlier, gut microbiome profiling was only possible through stool samples. The test, clinically validated at leading Indian research institutes, has been approved by the Indian regulator. It allows users to gain insights into their gut health at an affordable cost.
