💨 Abstract
XED and Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) have partnered to offer the Education Leadership Program (ELP), a six-month blended learning journey for education leaders. The program, combining virtual and in-person sessions in Dubai, aims to enhance strategic, instructional, and systems-thinking skills. It addresses current educational challenges and equips leaders with practical tools and frameworks. Participants will engage with HGSE faculty and develop customized action plans.
