The Aruba-flagged tanker was detained near the UAE for alleged diesel smuggling, though it carried low-sulfur fuel oil. The Indian Embassy in Tehran is seeking consular access, but it hasn't been granted. The crew remains on board due to technical issues, with some members removed from the ship.
