GCMMF, the manufacturer of Amul dairy products, plans to invest Rs 600 crore to establish an integrated dairy plant in Kolkata, West Bengal. This plant will feature the world's largest curd manufacturing facility, capable of producing 10 lakh kg per day. The plant will have a milk processing capacity of 15 lakh liters per day, and its construction was committed during the Bengal Global Business Summit.
