Allegations of illegal bitcoin activities for campaign funding have been levelled against Indian politicians Nana Patole and Supriya Sule. Cryptocurrency, such as bitcoin, is a digital or virtual currency secured by cryptography, existing on decentralized networks. It has no intrinsic value, is not redeemable for another commodity, has no physical form, and its supply is determined by protocol, not a central bank.
