💨 Abstract

The Indian government is aiming to improve the efficiency of Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) through a conference led by M. Nagaraju, Secretary of the Department of Financial Services. The meeting focused on reducing pendency, adopting best practices, optimizing recoveries, and implementing new DRT Regulations 2024.
