💨 Abstract
The Ministry of Finance has pledged to modernize Indian Railways through projects like energy-efficient Vande Bharat trains and Kavach safety technology. The government aims to manufacture 400 next-generation Vande Bharat trains with enhanced energy efficiency and passenger comfort over the next three years. Kavach, an indigenously developed safety system, is being deployed to enhance railway safety and capacity.
