India's office leasing market is projected to reach a record high of nearly 70 million sq. in 2024, driven by the expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs). GCCs are expected to account for 35-40% of the total office leasing activity. Bengaluru leads office space absorption, followed by Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai/Pune.
