The length of operational natural gas pipelines in India has increased by 62.6% from 2014 to September 2024, reaching 24,945 km. The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas stated that about 10,805 km of pipelines are under development, which, upon completion, will complete the national gas grid.
