💨 Abstract
Diageo's Indian subsidiary, United Spirits, announced the resignation of CEO Hina Nagarajan effective March 31. She will be replaced by Praveen Someshwar, the CEO of HT Media, who will start serving in April. The change comes amid investigations by India's Central Bureau of Investigation into suspicious payments made by Diageo.
