Alec Baldwin has filed a lawsuit against New Mexico prosecutors and sheriff's office officials, alleging malicious prosecution and civil rights violations in the "Rust" shooting trial. The lawsuit stems from the dismissal of Baldwin's case during his July manslaughter trial, due to the withholding of evidence regarding the source of the live round that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
