Severe weather, including snow, rain, and flooding, is disrupting travel in Britain, causing airport closures and train cancellations. Airports such as Manchester and Liverpool have temporarily shut down their runways, while roads in northern and central England are also affected. The coldest night of the winter so far was experienced in parts of Scotland, with temperatures falling as low as -13.3 degrees Celsius.
