Mexico dispatched a team of firefighters to California on Saturday to assist with the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles. The fires have caused at least 11 deaths, destroyed or damaged 10,000 structures, and are expected to claim more lives as firefighters conduct house-to-house searches. California Governor Gavin Newsom expressed gratitude for Mexico's support in managing the fires.
