In China's Heilongjiang province, authorities are warning residents about Siberian tigers after a video of a farmer narrowly escaping an attack went viral. Two men were attacked, with a 65-year-old farmer requiring surgery. Officials have not confirmed the number of tigers or if they have been caught.
