💨 Abstract
Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh, during his 'Dil-Luminati India Tour' in Ahmedabad, pledged to stop making songs about alcohol if the government imposes a nationwide ban on liquor. He criticized states for not taking adequate measures to curb liquor sales due to its revenue-generating potential. Dosanjh had earlier received a legal notice in Hyderabad over songs promoting alcohol and violence.
