💨 Abstract

A Kerala court granted anticipatory bail to CPI(M) MLA and actor M Mukesh in a second case of sexual assault, with the complainant being the same female actor who filed a rape complaint. Mukesh was formally arrested by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating sexual harassment allegations in the Malayalam film industry. He was previously granted pre-arrest bail for the rape case.
