💨 Abstract

Pradip Kurbah, a self-taught National awardee filmmaker from Meghalaya, won Best Film and Best Director at the 47th Moscow International Film Festival. His film 'Ha Lyngkha Bneng' was recognized by the Network for Promotion of Asian Cinema. The state government had supported the film with a funding of Rs 30 lakh.
