💨 Abstract

CPI(M) MLA and actor M Mukesh was formally arrested by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on a rape charge by a female actor. He was released after medical examination and potency test following his anticipatory bail. The arrest came after Mukesh was called for questioning by the SIT. The case was registered following the woman's accusation under section 376 (rape) of the IPC.
