💨 Abstract

The case was found during routine genomic surveillance activity in the state. The patient who tested positive for JN.1 had mild symptoms of Influenza Like Illness (ILI) and has recovered from COVID-19. Some states, especially Kerala, are reporting a surge in respiratory illnesses.
