A fire in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of a medical college in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, has resulted in at least 10 child casualties, with the possibility of more. The fire is suspected to have been caused by an electrical short circuit. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the incident and has directed officials to ensure proper treatment for the injured and expedite relief work.
