💨 Abstract

A special court in Mumbai acquitted gangster Chhota Rajan in a case where he was accused of threatening a builder two decades ago. Judge AM Patil noted that the prosecution failed to prove the charges due to lack of incriminatory evidence and uncertainty from key witnesses. The builder, Nandkumar Harchandani, had reportedly received threats in Rajan's name.
