💨 Abstract

Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a 64-year-old Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman and accused in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, was extradited from the US and produced before a court in New Delhi on Thursday. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) sought his 20-day custody to interrogate him about his role in the attacks, citing evidence including emails.
