A Delhi court has reprimanded an investigating officer for falsely implicating an accused using a manipulated video in a February 2020 riots case. The officer is accused of not properly investigating the case, clubbing six complaints together without a complete investigation, and failing to trace the source of the video clip received on WhatsApp.
