In Odisha's Balasore district, three women were arrested for obstructing an 'Anganwadi' worker from performing her duties and assaulting her publicly. The incident occurred at Mahapada village on September 20. The worker, Urmila Samal, was allegedly beaten up for failing to serve eggs in the mid-day meal and organizing women for a women-centric scheme.
