In Himachal Pradesh's Kangra district, four drug peddlers were arrested in two separate cases. In Nurpur town, Raj Kumar and Roop Lal, residents of Mandi district, were caught with nearly 3 kg of hashish. In another case, Pawan and Salman, residents of Hoshiarpur, Punjab, were arrested with 15.75 grams of chitta (adulterated heroin).
