A speeding Mercedes car with a Chandigarh number plate hit four workers and a scooter on Rajpur Road, Dehradun, on Wednesday night, killing all four workers instantly. The driver of the car fled from the scene. Two people on the scooter were injured and admitted to Uttaranchal Hospital. The police have deployed several teams to find the driver.
